WEAPON MODS SHOWING UP FOR ALL OTHER WEAPONS IN WORKBENCH

Header says all
i keep getting things like
"EPC-9 Receiver" on every gun in game and if i so happen to scroll up to it or past it the game crashes

One of your weapon mods hasn't been created properly so this happens, find out who the culprit is (most likely something with EPC in the name) and remove it

Remove the EPC-9 mod.

well the issue is that the mod which has anything to do with EPC-9 has been removed from load order and its pluggin disabled a few times yet it still keeps on appearing in the game..

List of mods is not in the regular folders, I figure it remained in the list.
DLCList.txt & Plugins.txt are in C:\Users\<name>\appdata\local\Fallout4\
