Mod manager 2 , FOMOD , cant install

It says that the stuff in data folder doesnt seem to be good or accepted.
Its usually happens when a fomod thing is inside it .
What should i do ?
When i click anyways to install it says it will probably not work,
I have fomod installer in settings enable but still it shows like this

You are talking about Mod Organizer 2, don't you?

Using Mod Organizer 2 except for F4SE stuff or ENB stuff you shouldn't have changed files in your root or data folder.

So, how about a clean install (and don't forget to delete the data in documents -> Fallout4 and in AppData -> Local -> Fallout 4)?

The only mod program you need is Vortex and the nexus mods website.
There is no reason to use anything else in 2024.
Also you seem to have a lot of problems modding maybe it's too advanced for you little guy.

Which FOMOD are you installing? For what mod? Where did you get it and is it actually functional according to any comments and bug reports on its download page?

Those are an 'all in one' which you MUST be using an installer such as vortex or mo2 or nmmce in order to make the choice needed for running it. If your installer can't figure that out, reinstall the organizer.

I have never had any problems with it and it auto sorts your mods and even informs you of conflicts.

No problem at all, if you are fine with Vortex, cool; but the OP is using MO2 and not Vortex, so telling to use Vortex instead does not help IMO. Especially not if talking about some wrong files in the data folder.
In this regard I personally prefer the virtual file system of MO2.
I don't rely on some auto-sorting, when it comes to bigger modlists.
