I found that two of my mods, Classic Holstered Weapons and Darker Nights, dosen't seem to work, is it cause of some update?
Hi, its been roughly a year and a half since i played FO4 but i started playing again late last week where i downloaded a bunch of mods aswell as a few others from my new play session but i noticed the mentioned mods didn't seem to work, but i checked and there appeared to have been a "new-age" update released by Bethesda in May that seemed to have f-ed up everything, is that true? And if not the case, what could my problems be?

F4SE is installed and working so CHW should be working but maybe it's cause of all the dlc weapons i've downloaded that causes the guns not appear, but im clueless of the Darker Nights one.

Anyway, thanks for reading.

If your game is the current next-gen updated one and you're not already using the correct version of the mods you have on an OLD save, you'll want to check ALL of them.

Is your F4SE correct for the version of the game you're using? Because it may be required to update as well, since the game's file structure or specific file type (BA2 files) HAVE changed between the 163 (from 2019 the last time they updated the game itself) and now.

It did not screw up EVERY mod. Only those which require scripting, which is why F4SE HAS been updated (since 3 or so weeks after the main game's changes). But individual mods may or may not still work if they have any requirements so you will need to look at their download pages for that info.

I'm using Darker Nights with True Storms and on occasion the lighting will bug. Most often if there is a heavy fog or Rad storm, it is much brighter. Rad storms almost as bright as daytime. And I have never been able to get Classic holster to work.
