Lost Cait completely

I had Cait as a companion & dismissed her to a settlement. Been playing for a week or two & had to go back to that settlement & no Cait. Tried the pird/moveto player both ways & it seems to work, kinda. I moved her to me in another area, and she never appeared, so I moved myself to her & it went to that area, but no Cait. Any Ideas?

I've had it a few times where I told my follower to wait somewhere and then forget to get them to follow me again.

I decided to stick with console commands.

Open up the Console by typing Tilde (~) or for UK keyboard apostrophe (')
2.Type 'prid 00079305
3.Hit Return/Enter
4.Type 'moveto player'
5.Hit Return/Enter
6.Close the console

After that Cait will appear to spawn and run toward you and probably end up behind you somewhere. It might take a few seconds and is best to do in an open area.

Now she won't shut up "lover" and whinges anytime you take Buff or Mentats.

If I wanted a Narky GF i'd not be on PC.

Only thing I could think of additionally is to prid her and then disable>enable. I also read that waiting/sleeping in the area the companion is in for 24 hours may make them randomly show up, so dunno.

Going to try the enable, disable thing tonight. Might try getpos to see if I can tell were she is.

Save first.
Try: player.moveto (Caits ID) without the brackets of course. I always advise against using moveto player as it can have consequences in Fallout 4.
