Is there a Gary out there?

So I've found multiple letter blocks that spell out Gary, one in Vault 75 and one in Wicked Lockup, so this leads me to ask is there a Gary in the Commonwealth.

In case you don't know but Gary was a clone back in Fallout 3 that could only say Gary.

Wasn't there a gary in Fallout 3 Alaska whatever, its been years since i played the expansions. So i wouldn't be surprised. I found notes around the world that reference Megaton, so its really not that much of a stretch that a Gary found his way to the commonwealth.

It could be that the DNA acquired in vault 75 experiments could have been used in cloning Gary.

It has been a while but I believe *SPOILER*

"Gary" was a vault experiment. In particular a cloning experiment. Forgot the exact amount of them that was created but they did scatter throughout the US.
