But damn, haven't had that as a random quest, and I do my best clearing out areas by myself so when I get them they're usually bothered by that remote lone ghoul at the beach left standing somewhere.... They never hated me that much to send me to Dunwich, though... But hey, there's a nice trophy there?
So, because 3 idiots in the middle of nowhere don't have the sense to just MOVE ELSEWHERE, I'm to clear out a cavern FORTRESS full of skull-marked veteran raiders, inside and out... yeah, no.
A little off topic, but I do not like building up more than about 4 settlements. So I use a console command that makes the settlers movable. Then I relocate them to my main settlements.Yes, I know I could just murder them to make an empty settlement but I can't play that way. I scrap everything at that settlement to keep it from attracting enemies. I store a bed, water pump and a couple turrets in the WS so I can use it as a temporary resting place for me.
But this is one of the few fun places in the game. The rest are way too easy. They are being helpful to make sure you don't miss it.
But settlers do generally expect a lot of you, given that they don't inherently require you to be part of the Minutemen to offer you quests, and somehow still reason that one random man/woman will be perfectly capable of destroying an entire encampment of enemies on their own.
