otherwise i dont get the point
it just gives you the option to add legendary effects onto items. you can also remove legendary prefixes off of legendarys you find onto new armor/weapons.
and considering any enemy on survival is one shot by a gauss rifle in sneak the mod making the game easier shouldnt really be an issue.
It doesn't really make anything harder, it just makes the worthless legendaries that you would end up vendoring able to be broken down.
There's a few different versions of it available.
The version I use lets you scrap legendaries for a special component, and once you've collected enough of the special components, you can upgrade a piece of gear w/ a legendary effect of your choosing.
I guess it makes things more customizable?
I would recommend leaving off the hat piece so you can have a ballistic weave hat.
uh... ultra light isnt a legendary modification 0.o? and it adds a third slot to armor thats specifically used for legendarys so idk what youre talking about.
Eh, considering that you have to break down 3-7 legendaries to make 1 custom legendary, I don't really find it to be that big of a deal.
Especially considering how easy the game is already. It just adds a way to customize your gear outside of pure RNG.
But hey, some people consider selling things to vendors to be cheating, so who really cares what somebody else thinks.
