Bunker HIll issue

I know you can only get control of the settlement by talking to Kessler after the Battle of Bunker HIll, but the thing is, I cannot find her. I suppose I'll just have to resurrect her via console, as I cannot be sure I've seen her since that mission. She must have been killed. I suppose I'll have to use 'targetID.resurrect ' but I'm trying hard not to use it, as I spoiled Skyrim a bit through overuse of the console. Kessler isn't a companion, so there's no likelihood she might be wandering like any of the unemployed companions. I've found Codsworth and Preston Garvey attacking random places in the Commonwealth.

Anyhow, is there any possible place Kessler might be post 'Battle of Bunker Hill' or will I have to use the console?

Thanks, resurrect does nothing, and I did it right, so she must be somewhere.

Found her via that command in the middle of nowhere. Expanded settlement mod can make settlers wander afar. Now the king of Bunker Hill.

playing survival and cant use console commands and if i change difficulty i wont be allowed to go back to survival mode. where did you find her?

If you cannot use commands, head south. You will probably find her in open country. I have a mod that removes settlement boundaries making NPCs prone to roaming. Blake A now lives around Sanctuary.
