Perfect charisma suit?

Im looking for a perfect charisma suit, like geniralds suit and hat and stuff, but if possible to be able to outfit with ballistic weave

oh i thought maybe you were trying to scuplt an attractive body to walk around in your underwear with.

I think my idea has a better visual, but I guess the ratty skirt or sequin dress would work with that. I might be displaying my biases.

yeah so reginald's or agatha's outfit and perhaps the fashionable glasses or pompadour wig.

I am not sure about any +2 chr headgear, but the dress/suit are +3 and the glasses/wig are +1

I am not sure if glasses can be woven with ballistic fiber, so you may just have to accept chems into your life to inject some charmisma into the party.

if you wear something like the sequin dress that gives +2 you can wear legendary arms for another +2 so +4 total compared to +3 with agathas dress. then formal hat/wig with the glasses for +6. but that requires more clothing and you have to get the legendary drops too.

+2 charisma eyewear doesn't exist apparently, and the black-rim glasses and fashionable glasses are just about the only ones that give boosts.

If they're on a legit save file, the chances for finding a "Sharp" Left / Right arm is a bit slim; otherwise, there's a mod for both the effect, and extra armor slots.

Interchangeable hats is fine, but i want a ballistic weave hat charisma or not

Green shirt and combat boots has +1 CHA & +1 END it can get ballistic weave & equip full armor. or Summer shorts +2 CHA yes to ballistic weave & equip armor on arms & legs.

Hat, glasses, summer shorts +2 and 4 pieces of Sharp is best for a +8 total
Red Dress, hat, glasses, + 2 sharp sleeves is +6 total.
Agath's Dress can not be combined with any armor pieces, so +5 total.

If you are doing this to max settlement populatiosn you are best off establishign one settlement as a recruiting station, then equip that cha gear, transfer settler to other settlements, repeat until they are full.

I like the Green Shirt & Combat Boots with a sharp chest piece +2 CHA +1 END +1 INT, so you still get the +8 CHA but with a little extra.

where do you get reginalds or agatha's suit or dress? didn't know thier was a +3 I only found +2 suits and dresses

But there are a ton of hats with +1 charisma, anyway. The newsboy cap can be lined.

Trinity tower. You do the quest to rescue the guy, and you get either the dress or the suit as a reward, depending upon your sex.
