Can't get max affinity with MacCready

I encountered some bugs during the quest "Long road ahead",using console commands i managed to finnish the quest,however MacCready's affinity is still locked and i can't get the final dialogue and his perk,can someone please help me out?

The mission "Long Road Ahead" has multiple stages. The first one is for the gunners at the intersection, then it goes to another stage waiting for you to reach a certain affinity level, the next stage is to help him get med supplies. After the med supplies that unlock his max affinity.

Most likely by using a console command to finish the mission you skipped the stage that unlocked the next affinity level.

This is why you should never use the complete mission console command to a mission that has multiple stages.

There is console commnd to set affinity on a companion. It is on the wiki website, I think. You are probbaly going to have to use that or a console command to get his perk to correct your problem.

Manualy changing affinity didn't initiate the dialogue,at that point i had no other choice than to skip the stage,the only stage i skipped was the part where you were supposed to deliver the cure to daisy in goodneighbour.
