Taks a look a this Wiki: http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Fiberglass
I have the finding part down fairly good. Telephones and rat poison (along with moon monkey, abraxo cleaner, cigar box) are my main sources of fiberglass. They both are readily avaiable when you shop and are also relatively cheap. However, having said that, one should be able to create fiberglass (glass+oil+plastic?) using the chemical stations. Just my opinion.
I think crafting raw materials should have their limit (example: nuclear material would be one that I would be against due to its basic raw material and its comlex creation requirements) but many should be avalable to create. Having said that, if you are a player who also likes to think strategically beyond the RPG, you would have to evetually start the manufacturing process, to go along with the expansion of farming, within the commonwealth if you ever want your communities to grow and prosper.
