Side note: Wonder Woman ( Lynda Carter ) voiced Magnolia.
So, I thought that was something.

Not a problem. My character can't believe it's "not butter". And if he starts to suspect... well there's chems for that. LOL

I'm guessing you're confused about the "can't believe it's not butter" part.

That is an old "trope" based on the original commercials for the butter substitue "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter". People used to use that when implying that they couldn't tell the differnece between "something" and "something else".

In this instance I was implying that my character couldn't tell real ♥♥♥♥♥ from rubber ♥♥♥♥♥. But since I'm here explaining it, it was obviously a terrible joke. Sorry :(

Excellent joke, some people simply need to be spoon fed.

Or possibly they havent seen the commercial with Fabio Lanzoni, or heard that meme.

Personally I agree, great joke, lol

At the time those commercials aired there was no such thing as a meme, it was simply something funny.

Lynda Carter is married to the co-founder of Zenimax Studios. She's had voice roles in several of their games.

I always thought Magnolia sounded a lot older than she looked. Suspected she was a heavy smoker or jet addict.

Most blues/jazz singers sound older than they look. That's the style. I was VERY impressed when I first entered The Third Rail.

LOL?

You realize how old she is?

Lynda Carter
Born: Jul 24, 1951 (age 64)

I was surprised by the nice music. However I more surprised to find out she was who sang it.

Of course I know how old she is, I watched Wonder Woman as a child (and they weren't reruns, either). Magnolia looks nowhere near age 64, is my point.
