So... what to do with technical documents now? (semi-spoiler)
when I was working for BOS I could deliver technical documents to that guy, and blood samples to.. that.. woman. But now that I've chosen to get with the institute, what I am suppose to do with blood samples and documents? I can sell them? Haven't tried that... any ideas?

You can sell them since they can only be turned in at the BoS.

I was still friends with the BoS when I became the Director and was still able to trade with BoS on the Prydwen. Until I killed them all before using the Nuclear Option.
