I just found the parking garage maze at the Milton hospital, is there any other places like that one?
And are there any quests, which are easy-to-miss?
I'm at 55 hours, and i'm wondering if i have missed anything memorable!

Yes, the east coast (of GN/DC) with the boats etc. You find a young guy looking/screaming for a sea monster! Whom is actually a commie Chinese seacaptain! .
Go in GN, go in the Third Rail and buy a drink from chapie. He'll give you a quest too.
Vault 81 is pretty cool too, you can even get a new companion if you'd like to.

down near quincy is a child locked in a fridge b4 the war
he'll want you to get him back to his home but be ready for a lot of gunners.
Also the crashed alien ship near the breweing factory but you need to wait for it to crash first.

easy to miss, 'Open the Boston Public Library', see dealer Daisy.

The USS constitution is a pretty fun part. Just look for a big pirate ship stuck in a building. Haha. But there's loads of random things to discover out there.
