Clinton & Charlie and other NPC's
When you come across these random NPC's they should have made an option to send them to a Settlement, instead of just getting a HUH as a reply, when you try and talk to them.

Its just silly that your Building up Settlements and trying to improve the Commonwealth but there is no option to offer a Man and a Little Girl a Home in a Safe Settlement, same with the Girl and the Robot and other Non Hostile Randoms.

They're not supposed to be a settler, It's a reference to The Road by Cormac McCarthy

That is creepy I just ran into them sitting at a campfire arguing about a mirelurk samwich lmao Was thinking the same thing.

If you go back to that location, they won't be there anymore, and will be replaced by a ghoul sitting near that very campire, eating something.

I know they are not a Settler, I am saying they should have made an option to ask them to go too a Settlement, and not just say HUH when you Click on them, If I was some Person Building Settlements and going around trying to protect People, I would offer a Man and a Girl a place in a Settlement.

That would've been nice, actually.
But sadly, they ended up as being part of a reference to The Road, and having a gruesome outcome.
