Everything has a pink tint. Need some help.

I've scoured seemingly every message board on th internet for a solution. No luck. Or maybe I just overlooked something in game. Anyway... For some reason, everything in the game has a pink hue to it. Almost like the sun turned pink and showered everything in it's pink glow. It's driving me nuts! I'm 140 hours into the game just running around doing random stuff. Below are the screen shots. Same location at the lighthouse, at the 10am(it's not a sunset). The pics are from saves about 10 hours apart.

I did upgrade my video card to a 390x, but that doesn't explain why I can load an earlier save and everything looks fine. What am I missing?

Does it still happen in a new game? What was your previous GPU, make sure you reinstalled or updated your video drivers. Also verify game cache if you haven't done so already

Are you running any mods? It's acting like something has adjusted the red WAY up. Anything you've done differently between the saved game and the pink one?

I've seen these hues at the occasional nuke blast, but never had it hang on me. So Yates might be on to something, got any form of ENB, or such, installed?

Previous GPU was a Gtx 760. New game seems to look fine. I do have a couple of mods installed, yeah, but the earlier game loads up and everything looks normal. I looked into the scope bug too. No luck. When all is said and done, I could just load up the previous save. But I'll be fuming if it happens again after replaying those 10 hours. Maybe I just have a bugged save.

Do you remember what you were doing when you first noticed it? Such as adding or removing mods, firing a weapon, crafting, loading a different area, ETC? Also posting a list of all the mods you're using could help. I'm not sure what else to suggest, sorry. Best of luck to you though.

I don't think it's a driver issue, if it was then OP would be experiencing this on all save files

If it's a brand new card and OP is using either DVI/VGA, he needs to tighten the pins on the connection port.

Only in this game. Only in this save. Weird. Just played a little Witcher 3. Looks great.

The best I can come up with is that I just finished finished a bunch of BoS quests.

So here's what I discovered, for the sake of anyone else that may run into this issue. I loaded the previous normal looking save. I had a couple of scares where the screen went pink only to realize it was the flash of an assault tron shooting off it's beam canon. I think at some point this must have happened and the lighting just stayed that way. Weird, but I guess anything is possible in this game. If anyone knows of a way to fix it, I would be much abliged.

Ok, after having this same issue and solving it, I think I know the cause. When it happened to me I was fighting an assultron (well, more like running and occasionally shooting her). I decided it was too much for me so I quickly jumped through a door into a different area. I think what happened was that when I switched areas my screen had the pink hue on it due to the assultron's attack and it just stuck. Unfortunately, the only solution I've been able to work out is to re-load a save before it started.

SOunds like you have a shader effect 'stuck' then, some people get it with the nightvision scope
