Skyrim-like aiming slow-mo in FO4?

I remember when aiming with your Bow, zooming in and such, time would slow down. Is there anything like that for Fallout 4 to where I'm looking down my sites, or scope, and time slows down like how it did in Skyrim? If so, how do I get, or achieve this? (without mods, please)

I dont believe there is a perk, the closest thing i could think of would be to use jet before you aim

I don't think there's a feature like that in the game. You can go into VATS to slow time but you can't be looking into a scope in VATS.

The closest it gets is the "hold breath" button when aiming down the scope.

it depends. I think jet will slow time. And i picked up some legendary gear that slows time when you get below 25% health. And if you take the nerd rage perk, time slows when you get below 25% health. This perk has saved my ass many many times.

Jet, and Ultra Jet

I say "without mods" yet people are suggesting to go to Nexus.... thanks guys lol

But yeah, I do use Jet, but it's only ten seconds, that gets you lined up for like 2-4 headshots. Maybe they felt the slow-mo with the bow in Skyrim was OP?

The game is easy, jet is freaking everywhere.

get the chemist perk a regular jet last me 30 sec, and an ultra 45 sec

Non-Mods, there's no way besides using a scoped weapon and hitting the "Hold Breath" key, otherwise Jet would work but it's not what you wanted.
Mods are your best bet, even though you said "without mods", unless it's added in an update.
