Why can't you get the Strength Bobblehead until so late in the game??

You can't get it until you are in the last phase of the game and can get into top floors of Mass Fusion Building, and you can't get THERE until very near the end

Well, that is one way around the problem, may have to use a back-up set of PA to modify to have a jet pack

I got mine without my Power Armor, fairly early on in the game. I think I might have fallen on to the statue somehow (?). I'll go back to the building (next time I'm playing) and see if I can recall how I did it (it was several days back, and I'm old ).

i got it before any quest. actully i didnt know that there was a big endgame quest for it. just went in there shot up all the gunners, stealth ripped the fusion core out of the commanders power armor. saw the bobblehead after comeing in from the balcony and snatched it.

How did you get UP to it? AFAIK, the only way to upper levels vertibird??

there is a ramp... i just kinda murdered my way to the top

not the top of the whole building mind you just up to the bobblehead, then i couldent go any higher

I do remember reading somewhere that you couldn't get it until the Mass Fusion mission

It's actually in the main room as you first go in, there's ramps that go up to the top of that room, allowing you to get it. The ones that you have to do certain quests for to get are the ones in Fort Hagan, the Insane Asylum, Vault 81, maybe vault 114, and maybe the one in Fort Strong.

I have to say I love the jetpack, the amount of things you can get to that you would not normally be able too, or areas you can get to is great, it a must have mod for me, though it does take a while to unlock.
