Quests worth doing, and where to find them?!

I'm currently on my second playthrough siding with the brotherhood!
I'm on the lookout for new and amazing quests i might have missed!
Any suggestion is welcome!
Is there any must-play quests in Fallout 4, which are easy-to-miss? :)
Sound off below, i will try to list the quests already done by me:

Silver shroud
Main storyline siding with the Institute
Curtain call
The Big Dig
Lost Patrol
confidence man
emogene takes a lover
order up
pickman's gift
dissappearing act
gilded grasshopper
cabot house
might have done some more, but those are the ones i remember i have done :D

I don't know if there's a quest for it, but there's a parking garage by a hospital - Malden? Medford? - but it's f'ing insane. ;)

I forget the name but thier is a town on the very northeast corner of the map by the water that has a mission

Something tells me I might have to start exploring more, you never know what you find!
I just don't know where to start, I have landmarks over most of the map, but there is probably still a lot of fun to be found out there :)

Salem? I know which one you mean, but I forgot the quests. There are actually 2. The school of witchcraft and one further NE

Trouble Brewing, you get it from Rufus Rubbins in goodneighbor. 1 of the best quest rewards in the game.
