Well, you haven't provided much info, although the screen shot helps.

Are you in third person?
Are you running any mods?
What are your system specs?

I think it might be the darker nights mod so i will disable it and report back

it seems to be part of the right side of my players body and its only in first person

It's likely a mod conflict.

Uninstall ALL your mods and start from there.

First, see if uninstalling them all clears it up. If it does, then re-introduce one mod at a time, to figure out which ones is doing it.

Hopefully you used the Nexus Mod Manager or some other mod manager to install the mods, otherwise uninstalling and re-installing them one at a time will be a pain.

yeah i used mod manager but the winter mod dosent show up so maybe its a texture bug. i dont know atm. i just keep downloading the new updates for each mod and hope that clears it up. till then i will 3rd person staelth or turn AI detection Off. i dont want to lose all my moded stuff like R91,AK47,M9,SSE,Snow,Fireplaces,Clothing mods and such but i will remove none needed mods that i dont use

Make a save as a backup so you can debug your mods, and then go back to that save once you figure out which one is the problem.

Type "player.removeitem 001E22E5" into console. Make a save before doing this because there is a 0.1% chance it can mess things up.
