The Marowski Heist - How do I start it?

Hi guys so I have completed the diamond city blues but Darcy pembroke won't talk to me about this side quest The Marowski Heist. And I have another quest from Cookes father to kill Marowski.. so I want to get the heist one done FIRST obviously.
Even before I took Cookes quest to kill Marowski, Darcy wouldn't talk to me so its not that..

Is it because I didn't take Darcys husband with me on the quest to kill Cooke JR?

Does anyone atleast have the quest ID so that I can start it through console? Cheers

I think you trigger the quest when you deal with Cook. Kill him and he has a note on him, talk him down and he just tells you. (about the deal) iirc I don't think Paul has to be at that meeting.

A note eh? I will check that out.. I really wish notes were read when picked up.. its annoying how they get lost in the MESSc tab and you have to stop halfway through a quest to find what you just picked up >.<

Hmm nope Don;'t think I got a note. And I checked the wiki, there doesn't seem to be a note that triggers a quest.
But I was mistaken about the names.. I got a little mixed up. I killed Nelson Latimer and his father approached me about it. Cooke was killed by that female raider (can't remember the name). But I did this quest like 2 weeks ago.. and Darcy Pembroke still has not approached me with the Marowski Photo.

Gunna bump this because I still haven't managed to trigger it. Anyone have any ideas?? Darcy just won't initiate dialogue about anything since completing diamond city blues.

Does it only trigger if I cut paul in on the take?

Here's what I did to make it work.
SetStage 457c6 1 -- This starts the quest (although it doesnt show up in your pipboy)
player.additem 0008a1fb 1 -- Gives you the photo

1) Talk to Latimer and he should try to buy the picture off you.
2) Choose the leave option and go to goodneighbour
3) Talk to marowski and he should give you the dialog relating to the quest

Ya I just tried this a few hours ago.

I let Cooke kill Latimer (got blamed for it), then let Trish kill Cooke ( I still got blamed.)

Next time I am killing Trish, lol.

Honestly I think ther eis so many options in the mission that it probably has to be done an exact certain way to do that quest.

Wiki info is not 100% accurate, at all.
