Where to find Bags of Cement?
It's said everywhere that glue is one of the more precious resource you'd be on the lookout for; but my predicament is with concrete... I use so much of the stuff when building foundations I run out of them quite fast. I keep buying them whenever I can. Could someone point out the places where multitude bags of cement are available upon respawn?

Check the general merchants like the one in Diamond City or Trashcan Carla (if you've got a large settlement). Carla regularly visits my 15-settler settlement in Sanctuary and I can generally get at least one bag every one or two visits to her.

Remember that there is another type of foundation that uses wood instead.

Do you actually need bags of cement - won't scrapping old cinderblocks, etc, do just as well ?

vault 114 has cement bags laying around the construction site before the vault door, also scrapping ruined houses gives you lots and leaves a base to build on

scrapping ruined houses only works at sanctuary though :( wish it did work other places

if you connect your settlements your workshop inventory is shared, you need local leader (cha 6) though

Thanks, I will check it out. Right now I'm only worried about zero gaps so my settlers won't get shot through gaps... Let's see...
