Benevolent leader is the most difficult achievement in the game. I don't know if there is a sensible way of getting it but my settlement ended up being very strange. I put the minimum required amount of settlers to food production and turned all others into level 3 traders. Then proceeded to cover all my wall space with paintings etc...
For the Benevolent Leader... that's odd, I mean, 100 on your settlement should be an easy thing, considering how random the morale goes up and down from events or sometimes it's stuck when you build/assign something. Well, from what I've searched, it's possible, with a little ingenuity.
Nonetheless, I'm just so angry about another bug I've discovered right now. After I've went to the Institute, grabbed the Serum and went to the cave to give it to Virgil, the moment I've entered the Miscelaneous quest failed and the turrets attacked me. I thought it was odd the first time, loaded the game up, went outside, got out of my Power Armor (some people thought it was about the Targetting HUD mod), left Cait outside, Quick saved, got inside again... and oh well, same time again with the exception the quest was now permanently failed and no way to pacify Virgil. Tried to load an earlier game, but quicksave data overwrites itself 5 or 6 times maximum and the last "real" save was over 4 hours earlier, inside the Institute and before two big quests, ffs. Oh Bethesda and their annoying game breaking bugs.
Oh another game breaking bug too: every character made after your first one will always get stuck after cryo in the earlier game inside the vault. I had to save and reload a few times to "undestand" the bug, search online and discover that I had to restart my computer to fix it. Nice one, Bethesda, again.
Anyways, thanks Jouni.
1.3 beta patch should fix this. I still wait for the tested patch.
