You can scrap the benches and use the materials to rebuild them

Use the console to move them - look up console commands - by modifying their x/y/z coordinates. Its slow, cumbersome without prepping a batch file, and may not work completely. You should be able to *move* the bench, but I don't know what will happen when you move it out of the current settlement boundaries.
You can build all crafting stations, yes. There are even a couple variants for a few of them.
However you should just be able to store them in your workbench and place them down at your new settlement by having a supply line.
