[solved]How do you get atop the Wreck Of FMS Northern Star ?

So, how do I get atop of it? I can't get the boat to come down.

mmmm, I forget... I sorta remember climbing on top of boxes inside.. the under.. in... something

but yeah.. the boat lift was broken for going up for me too

edit: Go around the back end, taking raditation, and go up.

there should be like.. cargo containers in the hold of the ship that you can get to because the hull is ruptured? and then get on top of those crates and work your way up?

I was able to get the agi bobblehead without using any kind of cheat.

On its right side (from the front) is a hole near the back. Climb onto the containers and you should be able to find a path or some stairs that take you to the main deck with the raiders. Proceed ahead and you'll find the boat lift with the button that controls it. Don't forget to collect the Agility bobblehead next to it while you're there.
