hacking terminals and mouse pointer

I've only noticed this issue while hacking terminals, but i haven't cheked other UIs.
The mouse pointer won't actually highlight what it's pointing at, instead i have to point a bit to the left and up of whatever word/character i'm trying to click.

I've changed the FOV with the tweaking guides found everywhere but i'm not sure if this is the cause of the problem or is something else.

Has anyone else come across this and does anyone have any idea on how to fix it?

Same here, it makes it a little more difficult at the bottom lines of characters on the terminal screens

I noticed it was a tad floaty and did that too. Since being locked out has been dumbed down to a "time-out" in the corner instead of real consequences, it's not really that big a deal if you goof.

Which makes the last level of the Hacking perk completely pointless

Well at lest you can get into the terminal, me, I have no splash screen for the lock picking function to see what I am doing, so I can't pick locks at all. It was working, not it won't, re-installing it ot catch veravcation has no impact at all. I had reported this to bethesda tech support.. I know they are currently working on patch updates... I hope it works, because the game can't even find my graphics card..

Yep there's a few like that such as the last level of lockpicking, and 50% into pickpocket is all you honestly need etc.

I've had the blank gui bug before. Only thing that would fix it is go into 3rd person, then use the mouse wheel to scroll through your weapons/holster then equip.. then zoom back out of 3rd person. If you get the blank gui during a dialogue wheel tho you're boned.

I looked in the ini prefs, for some reason the card is listed there, but game still denies it exsist. So I looked in the listing in FONV ini main config, and saw extra lines not in the FO 4 ini config for the screen.

So I copyed the missing line settings over, so now the screen will sit right, but I have to manuly adjust screen center on the monitor while in game, and it runs fine, just still have no splash screen for the lock picking, it blows because if I have to lock pick, I have to have about 50 bobbypins and LISTEN to what the lock is doing while I guess as to what direction I am turning hopeing I will get it before I burn through all the pins. It is a pain in the back side!

So really, since I am having no game play issue with the beta 1.3 plug-in, if I had the lock picking splash screen, I be ok.. after all, I have over 40 hours in so really I am doing good for what I had to put up with. Would like to see what I am doing with the locks though..

i was hoping more fixes with this 1.3 patch, lots of bugs still roam amok.
