My companion broke her leg?

I'm with Deacon and Piper at the moment, and we're on a quest of course, but Piper doesn't do anything but lying on the ground. When I get to a new location, she do the same, I can't give her any healing stuff, just talk to her. Did she break her leg? Or just lazy? Or she's trying to let me know that her body is ready? WHAT HAPPENED TO HER?

It's.... actually worked! :D I gave her some pet with the deathclaw gloves, and she just stood up, nice........ :D

This happened to me too. Even when I reloaded, travelled to new locations or fast travelled she was still on the floor. I fixed it by a full reboot and reloading an old save then my current save and that fixed it, but next time I'll rocket her face and heal her if it's quicker. Thanks for that info.

This happened to me once with Nick. He was down for the count, but I just killed everything and I went to heal him with a pac and he never stood up.

stand back at least 10' so you dont get brain , blood and bone on your fancy wasteland attire

It's harder to do when you have the perk that removes your ability to damage your companions. So far it's fixed itself for me after fast traveling a few times, I imagine sleeping would have a better chance.

I even didn't have to heal her luckily, I don't like to heal my compations, because pfth its their fault, if they cant hide properly, they WONT get a stimpack, I only have 80, I can't just waste them like that!

It was ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ to me, because I was full with junk, and at that point after we came out of the place with the guy and the broken Piper I couldn't even talk to her, but I really don't like to drop anything I own, so I got angry at her, because she wants to lying around in the dirt when I fight with robots, and gave her some slap, then... she just stoop up, and everything is fixed for now! :D
