a question concerning Power Armor mods on limbs

Does anyone know wether or not mods on the limbs will stack or not?
For instance if both my legs are given the Explosive Vent mod will it stack or would it be more rewarding to get a different mod for one of the legs?

They do stack, but take into consideration what the bonuses actually give you.
If you want an explosive proof suit, then go for it, or if you want all-around effective proteciton then go ahead and just place different effects all around.
