i could get in to a whole lot of things, but much of the time 3d artist will usually follow a series of reference images when making a model and as much they look cool, concepta mostly provides a basic of what to look for or what to be inspired by then create said asset using gathered referenes
also the final design will be greatly influenced by many factors, asthetics, engine capabillities. so for example from you is the zip line across two buildings, interesting pieace of art, but in design and engine terms its almost impossible to pull of with stabillity and reoccurance in mind
