No, but if you leave fusion cores in them then raiders will come steal them.

I had a full suit disappear one time. It was sitting next to one of my work benches in one on my minor settlements. I took the fusion core out so no one could steal it. I went out on a local patrol and when I came back it was there but I couldn't interact with it. I went out again and when I came back it was gone completely. Most likely just another bug.
