My current game I gave myself 10k wood and 10k steel, and 500 of the other scrap to start with. Got to level 30 just building Sanctuary, Red Rocket, and Abernathy Farm.
Though I didn't realize it's best to quicksave, reload after doing so... Started my TGM test with a toon that's the same lvl as my main, and by jove letting the counter run to the xp needed to be lvl115 is a bit of a wait ;/
just save and reload and the counter is done counting.
and just setting the level with the console dont add perk-points afaik.
ah, damn, shame on me :D didnt read that close...
