Hunter Hunted - Finding the courser signal

Where is the location?

So far it's taken me up on top of a roof then disappears, around a building then disappears, inside a wall - I access the building to get to the other side of the wall the signal is completely lost when I enter.

Any named buildings or landmarks etc would help.

It's not located in the ruins of the CIT actually, quite misleading.
I believe you need to head west, although the signal doesn't get stronger (like in Lost Patrol).

That's because in a radiation storm you cant see anything easily so you focus on hearing. If you focus on hearing the sounds the Radio makes you can find the singal easy.
