Best XP Farm?
So, i was wondering, what is the best "Non Bug Abuse" XP farm you guys have found??

So basically, not abusing repeatable quests (looking at you Brotherhood) and not cheating, whats the best way / place you guys have found for grinding xp ?

I ground alot of XP with just Settlement crafting, Building and modifying every settlement i could earned me alot of xp, and also responding to all the defence calls

Ye rug spamming is pretty fun :) Lvl 3 idiot savant and a bucket load of cloth, just spam craft and scrap.
Often wondered just how fast you could level doing that, might give it a try (i did it in the early game with wooden fence posts, got to lvl 10 straight out the vault in about 10 mins)

Err... what? I mean, they're not exactly exciting or anything after a while, but I don't see how doing them to gain levels versus anything else in the game is really all that "abuseable".

Afterall, there's no level cap, so without repeatable quests, you'd be relegated to pretty much what, farming up and buying stuff to endlessly craft junk, or aimlessly wandering the map and killing anything that moves? Not that those aren't fun things to do in some measure, but I feel like the game would get even older faster without quests to keep doing. Even if I have cleared out the GNN building like 10 times now. -_-

Also - Berry Mentats and maxed Chemist. All day, every day. Or regular Mentats if you can't swing the materials (Tarberry and Anti-Freeze are kinda uncommon, I find).

I cant remeber the name of the quest, but basically, you get it aboard the airship from the head scribe guy, and you have to "escort" a scribe
but if you just snipe him from the airship, the quest will fail, report back to the scribe, you get some Xp for atleast trying and the option to do the quest again, Go back outside, snipe, hand in, snipe hand in.. You get infinate XP without actually doing anything.

Thats the sort of bug abuse im on about, if your actually doing the side quests then sure thats fine

I only did it once but I leveled up 1 time since I already was at a decent level, I'm level 47 now
For me it's either crafting bleed-out syringes (think it was 1glassfiber/1oil/1steel), or one of the psycho drug variants. (basically any crafting which uses little components, and only those I've got a surplus of, which in the case of drugs is nearly everyone... only use stimpacks/radaway/berry mentats)
To make it even worse, I don my vault tec labcoat, put on my smart hat (ushanka), pop some berry mentats, and eat some squirrel stew soup... Then I'll cook up a batch or two(hundred).

If I feel like blasting my way to some XP, I'll just go to locations that spawn packs of Ghouls. I've made sure to invest into Idiot Savant, and even at 10INT it procs often enough to make for some nice XP for a killing spree. And Ghouls are extremely squishy when it comes to my explosive doublebarrel, lost count of how many monty pythonesque knights I've had lying on the floor... But I can still bite... Ni
