i changed the npc but after reload they just go back to there usual face and not to burst your bubble, but that is just vanila and is ok and we all know beth makes it on purpused to make use mod that darn thing

it`s the npc i mean and it`s the face quality like the normal map, just looking for a mod like skyrim that left u get younger faces.i got a bunch of old looking lady`s in my settlement... might have to wait for editor for it???

ahhh, maybe u can`t change the look of settler that arrives at the settlement?? any know, as u can see i`ve been looking around a lot and can`t find anything
