Hole in the Wall How-to ???

Does anyone know at all how to start the Hole in the Wall quest, in Vault 81???

I've gone out and waited 24hrs twice, and nothing's happened, nor has anything happened after donating blood.

Help?????????

wait outside the vault, for 1 hour or 24 hours. Then visit the doc

The one time it didn't start for me, I went around and dealt with most of the other side quests in there and then fast traveled to Diamond city waited in my flat for 24 hrs and then went back to the vault. The quest then started.

pretty sure there is a level requirement. i never get it until later in the game, like 40 plus

I've seen my partner getting the quest really early, like level 3 or 4. Don't think the start of the quest is level dependant.
