setgs fjumpheightmin 200
PC has a bit of issues with jump height. Enter the first one in commands and if it's still too low go to the 200. Should work.
The only issues with jump height come from having a FPS too far above 60. A lot of the timings and other things in Bethesda's games are tied to the FPS, and its designed to be ran at no more than 60.
The real issue is someone resurrecting a thread from almost 8 years ago.
