Day of the week?

Fallout 3 included the day of the week on the PIPBOY, Fallout 4 does not. How can you tell what day of the week it is?

Check the date; go to the nearest calendar. Search the date in 2287. That day is it!

Far as I recall, days of the week don't really apply to anything in game, and the only holiday celebrated in Diamond City is Christmas Day.

Actually, the day of the week DOES have a minor relevancy to the game. The day of the week tells you where each caravan merchant will be.

I am not looking for the date. Yes, I know how to find the date. I did not ask for the date, I asked for the Day Of The Week.

Well I checked around for a mod but there seems to be none. No way in the game to see anything but the numbered date.

If we were to use our calender with the fallout on the nuked dropped on October 23rd 2077 which was a saturday and just apply the method to the 2287 year as well.

My current in game date is 11/2/2287 which would be a wednesday

You have to open up the web browser and google the date because wastelanders don't care what day of the week it is...even at the church.
