Here is how to change the FOV. Maybe youll have to manually set it for a fix?

Try this, Right click, Properties and select read only aswell. It has fixed other wierd bugs, Worth a shot.

whereas the one in my documents sais
iSize H=1079
iSize W=1919
might this be the casue of my problems?
Shouldn't be, I believe the one in the game folder is the default settings, the one in my documents is the one the game uses. Okay set it back to 1920x1080 and we move on to the next ideas.
Try loading a really old save?
