camera troubble?
I've been having some troubble with my fallout 4.. with my first person camera mostly its.. zoomed out and I can't figure out why its soomed out to the point that its really dificult to play I can barely read my pipboy whne I pull it up and whne reloading guns I can see the empty shoulder joints on my characters arms, I know its not a mod problem as I don't have any installed and the problem even persists on a clean install..

here a screneshot of my pip boy menu if it helps at all: http://puu.sh/mln7o/a950c67f32.jpg

any ideas on how to fix it whould be greatly apreciated...

Go to your my documents/fallout 4 and delete the .ini files. Then open the game launcher to autodetect settings and it will make new .ini files. Also what resolution you playing in?

What about 3rd person view?

Here is how to change the FOV. Maybe youll have to manually set it for a fix?

Open Fallout4Prefs.ini in your documents (C:\Users\[name]\Documents\My Games\Fallout4\),

iSize H=1079
iSize W=1919

Try this, Right click, Properties and select read only aswell. It has fixed other wierd bugs, Worth a shot.

saddly that just resulted in my fallout instantly crashing.. one sec I'll have a look over the files again
Canned Beans Jan 5, 2016 @ 11:12pm
in the falloutprefs.ini on my actual game folder it sais
iSize H=720
iSize W=1280

whereas the one in my documents sais
iSize H=1079
iSize W=1919

might this be the casue of my problems?

Shouldn't be, I believe the one in the game folder is the default settings, the one in my documents is the one the game uses. Okay set it back to 1920x1080 and we move on to the next ideas.

Try loading a really old save?

Or a new game, save you some time just download one of these saves:
