Cant throw a grenade or molotov

No matter which favorite location I put the grenades or molotov's in the system will not allow me to use these items. I have seen them on some youtube play but unable to use. Please help.

Are you using the grenade key, while you have them equiped? It's the same key as gun bash, but you need to hold, then release.

Yes you need to hold it down. You should hear a click noise or something like that. Apparently you can't throw grenades in vats either.

Yeah, grenades are bound to "holding the alt key" basically, by default, lol.

So utilizing the favorites system for grenades/mines/etc will allow you to quickly and easily equip the one you want, but you'll still have to hold that key to throw.

Yes, I know. It would have made more sense to have the G key as the grenade key.

As a word of warning ONLY equip grenades when you are directly about to use them as the throw large explosive device is bound to the punch someone in the face button in a mark of absolute genius by a Bethesda developer
