Wheres Father in the Ruins?
I should free the Synth and talk to father in the RUINs, u turned ALL other quests of, sp of i enter the Ruins how it tells me:

As soon im inside it tells me i should go out again....

He's on a roof of one of the bulidings there.

If you are looking at the building from the river side, he is on the roof of the wing of the building to the right, or eastern most wing. There is a stairway behind the main stairway that will eventually lead you to a hatch to get to the roof. I know there are scafolds next to the wing also, but I don't know if you can climb them up to the top. Hope that helps.
