creating character bug

so ive been playing fallout 4 for a while, really shi_y pc, but i managed it to work by adding more ram, but to my problem, i didn't noticed beacouse at my first run i didn't change the appearence of the character, but now that i wanted to create anotherone... i just can't.

i can only change the eyes and the hair of the character, been doing some search in google and nothing, so i thought that maybe someone would have the same problem or somehing, not really a big problem, but i kinda wanted to start doing some weird faces.

p.d: yes, i have tried with the woman too, yes, i know how it works, that is why i know the eyes and hair changes but the rest just don't glow in green like it should do.

try one of your old saves and go to the facial reconstruction surgery in DC and see if its any better, I found it easiar to do it there than at CC or leaving the vault
