I just hit 177 hrs myself. The challenge I have now is wondering how far I can go on the faction quests without locking myself out. I know there will be a point that I will "trigger" aligning to one faction, but I have been doing some of the various side-quests. I think I am at a turning point for at least two of them, so focusing on the forth that I haven't really touched yet.
What I do like is finding the "random" ones that you find by exploring areas on your own. Fast-travel does prevent "discovery" of some of these, so I do try to not use that as much.
Also, been working on gaining my companion perks as well. I have Piper, Cait, Preston, Maccready(sp) and Strong so far, working on Curie now, probably Hancock next.
Have to add it sad but still pretty funny when someone has a meltdown on the forums.

Some games can take up too much of your time.
My issue is with the randomization engine is not as random as it could be. They should put more time and effort into randomizing. There is alot of repeat quests and respawning going on, so alittle less there as well. Although after alot of repeats a new one finally did pop up, not sure what triggered it except higher level.
Now I'm seeing if I can get Cait and Piper to cat fight. I think Cait may win that one.
So in a lot of respects I can not complain about the main story quest line. I just do not like the lack of real options when doing the main story quest, but when it comes to branching, when it comes to major paths leading to an actual end to the game it isn't much different.

lol
But it took me ages to actually start getting them. I think I was 30 hours in and I had found barely anything.
Even then it only feels like a lot because I started getting them all at once. There is way less content here than in NV.
