Where are all the quests?
I finished the main quest and now I'm going back through the map and seeking out locations I havent discovered. None of them have quests, and very few have anything interesting.

Settlement quests don't count, in fact I hope they all get overrun by super mutants.

I have 190 hrs logged and kinda feel that I am running out of content as well. Not like Skyrim, where it felt like the game never stopped and there were a plethora of questlines related to non-main-quest factions.

I just hit 177 hrs myself. The challenge I have now is wondering how far I can go on the faction quests without locking myself out. I know there will be a point that I will "trigger" aligning to one faction, but I have been doing some of the various side-quests. I think I am at a turning point for at least two of them, so focusing on the forth that I haven't really touched yet.

What I do like is finding the "random" ones that you find by exploring areas on your own. Fast-travel does prevent "discovery" of some of these, so I do try to not use that as much.

Also, been working on gaining my companion perks as well. I have Piper, Cait, Preston, Maccready(sp) and Strong so far, working on Curie now, probably Hancock next.

Have to add it sad but still pretty funny when someone has a meltdown on the forums.

I can see why spooky had a meltdown.

Some games can take up too much of your time.

You can replay the game 4 times with different factions, sorry 5, forgot about doing it all yourself. Maybe Atom can help? Each has some different quests associated with them but some are the same as well. Side quests after the main quest is done have some differences. Then there are the companion and settlement stuff going on. It is true that depending on your level and what faction or factions you are aligned with and when you locate something, can trigger differences.

My issue is with the randomization engine is not as random as it could be. They should put more time and effort into randomizing. There is alot of repeat quests and respawning going on, so alittle less there as well. Although after alot of repeats a new one finally did pop up, not sure what triggered it except higher level.

Now I'm seeing if I can get Cait and Piper to cat fight. I think Cait may win that one.

it would be fun exept ALL paths end in the same ending and there is no roleplay in this game, you can explore 70% of all factions quests till the others hate you.

Fallout NV was the same though in most respects. Most major quest really had 1 out come in the end, including main story ones. Only major difference often the paths would branch but almost always end up in the same place. Like Fallout NV you can however choose which factions will be alive at "end" game, but just like Fallout NV, one will always be destroyed at the very least.

So in a lot of respects I can not complain about the main story quest line. I just do not like the lack of real options when doing the main story quest, but when it comes to branching, when it comes to major paths leading to an actual end to the game it isn't much different.

fallout NV was meant to be replayed, you can go through the same faction two times and depending on the way you played during the game the ending will most likely be really different

Because you played it less, obviously.

Because it was boring, repetitive and disappointing compared to NV actually.
As much as I like FO4, I have to agree with this. Story/quest-wise, NV was stronger. At least FO4's world seems larger though?

I'm only half way through the story and I'm overwhelmed with quests. I have quests for Rail Road, BoS, Minutemen (the actual questline, not settlements), sidequests in Goodneighbour, companion quests, other random sidequests and miscellaneous stuff that will lead to more sidequests. Haven't been to the institute yet.

But it took me ages to actually start getting them. I think I was 30 hours in and I had found barely anything.

Even then it only feels like a lot because I started getting them all at once. There is way less content here than in NV.
