everywhere really, is he looking for any camera or a prosnap? junk vendors are a good place to start (carla, dasiy, rufus, merna)

Buy one at any "trader." They are fairly common and cheap.

Let me know what the "reward" was for that. He said he made me something but I didn't get any message about getting an item and couldn't find anything out of the ordinary in my inventory.

Yeah, I'll reply here if I get anything or it was just a time consumer.
