3rd person sprint issue

In 1st person i sprint fine like if i have 60% increase sprint speed it is applied. but if i sprint in 3rd person it ignores the speed bonus, is it tied to the animation or something? basically meaning running is faster than sprinting with these bonuses applied.

yeah basically, trying to look into fixing or working around this, just had a thought, tho. gunna scan fo4edit for 3rd person options.
