Bullets pass through enemies {GLITCH} help?
So I was using a super sledge then I switched to the Broadsider and shot super mutants with it about 9 times at point blank range and it passed right through them so I tried shooting them with any other gun I tried to use and it passed through on any enemies, help is needed.

I'm getting the same thing myself. but it seams to be after using V.A.T.S my guns shoot through the enemy or act like they are hitting a wall in front of me. tried changing guns and still nothing. anyone else have this issue?
any help would be great thanks

Same issue here, quitting to main menu and loading into game again fixed it for me.. for a while... I'm also sometimes seeing textures that are not supposed to be there (like a door that I can pass through but can't see through)

Having the same issue as well with the back door of the starlight drive in settlement. I can't select the door to open it, but I can pass through it. I've had on this playthrough before CK, but I didn't put mods on it post since the save [M] thing.

Also having issues with defending kingsport lighthouse and shooting right through raiders. I used a Crit which seem to hit and a 79% hit rate in VATS on others and miss multiple times with a hand gun. I shot like 12 shots at it.
On the beach the raiders seem to be partially invulnerable. Settlers are hitting them but like 1 out of 100 shots.
I hate to reload a save, but I'll have to try that. I'll keep on this post and post my findings on what else might fix this issue temporarily.

Turns out going melee on targets with my pistol seemed to work. Some raiders died in one hit or I would get a kill scene. Which is strange. I think because I removed some mods maybe that caused an issue on this particular settlement. Although I don't remember building on the beach. I've not done that on any playthrough.

After the fighting ended I restarted and that seemed to fix the issue as well. I had some strange head turning issue with my character. He would constantly be looking over his right shoulder.
