Im at the place where the meeting is supposed to be in the institute but father isn't there

Also im doing the railroad route right now and im currently on the quest "Underground undercover" and it says to continue working with him. Is there a way to just skip this quest?

open console ~

player.moveto 0005c337

Might be 0002a19a (always forget if it's the base or ref ID)

This way, you'll know if he's still in fact alive.

I found him and hes still on the top of the CIT building but when i try to talk to him it says hes busy and I cant do anything besides pressing esc.

click on him

type "disable" press enter

then type "enable" press enter

try opening the console and

setstage 0002B4E9 30

I actually used that command to finish the meeting part of the quest but ill try that now

It didnt work :P ill just go back to the save when i was on the quest battle for bunker hill. Thanks anyway man I appreciate your help.
