Stuck In Slow Walk, Help?

My character will randomly begin to slow walk, without input. The only way to be able to walk at a normal speed again is to hold down C, just tapping it doesn't work. As you can imagine, that's very annoying and I cant really play the game properly when this happens. The only solution Ive found was to restart the game, but thats only a temporary fix before my character starts again. Any common fix?

did you set iPresentInterval=1 to zero ? or remove the frame rate cap in another way ?
if so you messed with the physics system and that will cause such problems

I have removed the framerate cap, but this problem was happening before I did so.

think caps lock is the "walk" toggle make sure thats not the prob

Are you carrying too much stuff? If you're overweight, you can't move fast.

you messed with the games core physics system , so it is going to run oddly

Just quit the game to desktop and then open up the game again. It should be fixed.

reloaded save from before i was stuck in slow walk. it did the trick

Try not to mess with the game, even though it bugged, it works better without too many mods or tweaking, just a thought.
