Charmisa Bobblehead Quest

Ok, down to the last bobblehead and i cant seem to get the game to trigger the interaction i need to get the darn quest started. Been hanging out and walking back and forth between Good Neighbor & Diamond City looking for the ghoulie that sets up the meeting at the Cabot house but no joy. Is there any other way into the asylum? Can i break into the Cabot house and trigger the quest that way? I always like to collect all the bobbleheads before i complete the main story line and i am getting to that point in the story now, so any help or advice would be appreciated

i think your at the wrong place my friend, you want to go to Bunker Hill, and a Ghoul named Edward will approach you.

You will find it when you do the quest with Cabot's father, You will run right into it if you do the questline.
