Force an NPC to become Settler? (Console -- Bunker Hill)
So, I got tired of all the cowering named NPCs in Bunker Hill that I couldn't fix no matter what I tried, so I deleted them all using the console and spawned copies of them.
With the exception of the leader (I forget her name) and Meg (the child), none of 'em seem to perform their functions.
The doctor lady does do her job, but she likes to wander to the white tower thing in the middle.

My Bunker Hill population has been reduced to 1 settler (unnamed settler who I moved here).

setpv bCommandable doesn't seem to work because the game does not recognize them as actual settlers to this community. They're just NPCs that sandbox around the area that I spawned them in.

Anyone know how to use the console to force an NPC to take on settler behavior?

I guess Bunker Hill is just hopeless.

I thought to just remove the named people and assign different random settlers to the unique "stalls", but they can't have randoms assigned to them.
