Where can I find circuitry?

I currently want to build a turret and circuitry is the part I am missing.

circutry can be found as it is.. Also, if you blow up a robot or turrent, a lot of the time you'll find circutry. Also can be bougtht at vendors. Look for junk to buy from them and what is what... I think alarm clocks and whatnot have circutry.

phones circuitboards etc an easy location to find some circuit boards, without a lot of danger, is heading east from sanctuary, you'll eventually come across a robot disposal ground/junkyard type location. In the small building there, you usually find at least one military grade circuit board.

put items that contain the components you want into your inventory
goto junk page and press C, it shows the components in the items
select the desired components and press Q
now when you are out and about anything that contains the components that you have tagged will have a magnifying glass icon beside them
scrapper perk expands on this further and anything tagged will be highlighted and containers they are in will also be highlighted

Thanks for the tip, I just found a circuit board after exploring ArcJet Systems anyway.
